Welcome to Vinehu. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Terms

Customers must create an account to place orders on vinehu. You agree to provide accurate information, including your name, mobile number, email address and delivery details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not use false information or misuse our services.

2. Products and Descriptions

Vinehu offers namkeen, ready-to-eat snacks, millet snacks, chips, roasted snacks and bhel. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredient lists, allergen information and nutritional details. Actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly. Please check the product label for relevant ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and expiry or best-before information.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation. Shipping may be included in selected offers or product bundles.

We may accept UPI, debit/credit cards, other available online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on availability. Orders paid online are subject to successful payment confirmation.

If an online payment fails but the amount is debited, please contact us. We will investigate the transaction and arrange an eligible refund after verification.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We aim to review and confirm orders within approximately 2–3 hours, subject to availability and business hours.

Customers may request cancellation after placing an order. Cancellation requests will be considered based on the order's processing and dispatch status. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Vinayu reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity or delivery restrictions. Any eligible payment will be refunded.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver across India through our shipping partners, including Shiprocket and its courier partners.

Estimated delivery time is generally **5–8 business days**, depending on the delivery location, courier availability and other circumstances. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping charges may vary according to the order, destination, weight and applicable offers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Vinehu aims to provide products in good condition and handle genuine complaints fairly.

* **Return period:** Eligible return requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
* **Unopened products:** Products may be considered for return if they are unopened, unused, properly sealed and in their original packaging.
* **Taste or preference:** Returns will not ordinarily be accepted merely because a customer dislikes the taste or changes their mind.
* **Damaged, incorrect, expired or defective products:** Please contact us with photographs or videos and your order details so we can investigate and determine an appropriate replacement or refund.
* **Opened products:** Opened or consumed products are generally not eligible for return for reasons of personal preference. However, genuine food-safety, quality, expiry or product-defect complaints will be assessed fairly.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, where possible, within approximately 1 business day after approval and verification. Actual crediting time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Vinehu for unlawful activities, submit fraudulent orders, misuse promotional offers, create accounts using false information, interfere with website security, use automated tools to misuse the website, or copy our website content, photographs, branding or other protected material without permission.

We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The vinehu name, logo, branding, website content, product photographs, designs and other original materials are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holder. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without authorization.

If you submit reviews, photographs or other content to Vinayu, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We may display submitted content for website and promotional purposes where permitted by law and subject to applicable privacy requirements.

9. Website Availability and Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Payment gateways, courier services and other third-party services may experience delays or disruptions outside our direct control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, vinehu will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for unsafe or defective food products.

10. Privacy and Marketing

Your use of vinehu is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

We may send promotional offers, product updates and other marketing communications through WhatsApp, SMS or email where appropriate consent has been obtained. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights available under Indian law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our business, website or legal requirements evolve. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after an update will be subject to applicable law and the updated terms.
